oh baby, i can't wait to make these... i just found this new website called taste spotting that is so fabulous. the recipe and many others are easy to find on taste spotting. i would have made these muffins already if i had eggs in the house. i need to go to the grocery (story of my life) and as soon as i do- i'll whip these up and let you know if they are as delicious as they look.
If I'm not mistaken,those are the same as Shana's applesauce muffins from the bookgroup cookbook. They are super delish. So easy too! My kids had one each and I ate the rest,not something I need laying around!
